Refund Policy

If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your product to schedule a return.

Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

*We unfortunately do not offer refunds for partially completed diamond paintings*

To initiate a return, please contact [email protected]. In your email, include:

Your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email or you account)
Your name (or the name of the person who placed the order)
The email address you used to complete your order
Our Customer Service team will reply you within 24 hours.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.

*Please include a printout of your order confirmation email in the package for identification purposes. Alternatively, write your order # on the outside of the package in large, clear print (or print out a label).



Our manufacturing facilities and warehouses are located in China. Orders usually take between 9-30 business days to arrive at their destination.

**If your item is currently in transit, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund**

On extremely rare occasions, shipping will exceed 30 business days (especially during the US holiday season). If shipping exceeds 30 days, please contact Customer Support at [email protected] and we'll be happy to help you track your order.
